DEPART FROM INDIA ARRIVAL PARIS
On arrival at Paris International Airport, you shall be greeted by friendly & experienced Tour Manager of Authentic Travels. On arrival in Paris, enjoy some free time in the city and get the real feel of the city Paris known for fashion, art museums, world famous romantic avenues, beautiful monuments and exciting cabarets. Later in the evening, enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant. Next we proceed to the hotel and check-in overnight stay in Hotel Paris.

Day 2

 PARIS CITY TOUR
Today after continental breakfast, transfer to visit the main landmark of Europe “Eiffel Tower 03rd Level”. The grand view of Paris from the Eiffel tower is really marvelous & worth capturing in the camera. After coming down from the Eiffel tower, we start panoramic city tour of fashion capital of the world” Paris” with English Speaking Guide who will show you Louvre Museum (Outside visit) & Glass Pyramid, Notre Dame, Opera Garnier, Arc de Triomphe, Champ Elysees, Alexander Bridge, Concords Square, Invalides and much more. Later we will take you to Paris by Romantic River Seine Cruise. Followed by transfer to Indian Restaurant. After Dinner transfer to hotel & overnight in Paris.

Day 3

 PARIS - DISNEYLAND TOUR (OPTIONAL)
After continental buffet breakfast at the hotel, this day at leisure you can spent full day at your own. You can visit local market of Paris for shopping. Or you can also visit our optional tour as per detail given below:

PARIS - ZURICH/ENGELBERG
Check out and board your coach to drive to Switzerland. Upon arrival Zurich, we will have dinner at Indian restaurant and later proceed to hotel. Check-in to the hotel. Switzerland is a mountainous Central European country, home to numerous lakes, villages and the high peaks of the Alps. Its ciies contain medieval quarters, with landmarks like capital Bern's Zytglogge clock tower and Lucerne's wooden chapel bridge. The country is also known for its ski resorts and hiking trails. Banking and finance are key industries, and Swiss watches and chocolate are world renowned.

 ZURICH/ENGELBERG - MOUNT TITLIS – LUCERNE – ZURICH
Today after continental breakfast, tour to visit peak of The Alps - The Mount Titlis& experience world's first revolving cable car known as 'Rotair'. We arrive top of the mountain. The TITLIS Rotair cable car rotates its way up towards the snow-covered summit of TITLIS. The world's first revolving cable car transports you from the middle station at Stand up to the summit station at 3,020 metres above sea-level. The cable car revolves 360 degrees during the five-minute trip, treating you to idyllic panoramic
views of steep rock faces, deep crevasses and distant snowcovered mountain peaks. Built at around 10,000 feet above sea level, it is believed to be the highest elevation suspension bridge in Europe. Late afternoon enjoy a relaxing, comfortable and rapidTrain journey to Lucerne an excellent destination. The newly refurbished panorama train of Engelberg - Lucerne offers a particularly comfortable journey and spectacular views. The train will whisk you in just 47 minutes from the city, past Engelberg valley and into the Lake Lucerne, where you will pass through delightful villages nestling at the foot of increasingly steep and lofty mountains. On arrival at Lucerne visit Lion Monument, lake Lucerne & old Town. Also free time to shop souvenirs for friends & relatives. Later transfer to Engelberg / Zurich for Indian dinner & overnight stay.

Day 6

 ZURICH/ENGELBERG - INTERLAKEN OR SUGGESTED PROGRAM - MT. JUNGFRAUJOCH TOUR BY TRAIN
Today after breakfast, transfer to another beautiful city Interlaken. Interlaken lies in the Bernese Oberland on an alluvial plain, between Lake Thun and Lake Brienz. The vacation destination, which is presided over by the three mighty mountains, Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau, is the starting point for numerous activities. Once transfer to Interlaken, you are free to explore this wonderful town on your own or enjoy shopping at the Interlaken; try your luck at Kursal Casino or adventurous sports like Para Gliding on your own. Late evening transfer to Zurich for delicious Indian dinner & overnight stay.

Suggested Program: - Mt. Jungfraujoch Tour By Train – ON EXTRA COST
We also suggest joining tour to Europe's highest altitude railway station Jungfraujoch (11,333ft.). The highlight of every visit to Switzerland is a trip to Jungfraujoch Top of Europe. The train trip takes you via Kleine Scheidegg & through the Eigar North wall up to the scenic splendors of the Jungfraujoch in the heart of the wonder world of Glaciers & eternal ice. Experience some of the world’s most splendid scenic beauties & waterfalls during the train journey to Jungfraujoch. Views from this unique vantage point extend as far as summits of the Vosges range in France, the Black Forest in Germany and also directly at the Jungfraujoch, the Aletsch Glacier- the longest ice stream in Alps. Reservations are accepted and confirmed after we receive a non-refundable booking deposit and a Reservation Form signed by each family on the trip as well as by the guardian for each child on the trip, and if space is available.
Advance amount payment is neither refundable nor transferable in any situation.
Need visa document within 03 Days after booking in such a way that visa is processed at our end 45 clear days prior to date of Travel.
Passengers who will be travelling under LTC plans are eligible only for one night stay in Domestic sector.
If there is any increase in domestic flight fuel surcharges and taxes charges by the airlines on your tickets, the same will be charging additional from the customer.
Please note that breakfast is not available on the day of check in. the number of breakfast will be same as the number of nights’ accommodation.
Breakfast in Europe means Cold breakfast (still differ from place to place). Some hotel put raw fruits some put cut fruits. Some places bakery items. No Indian breakfast or Tea available.
Most of the Hotels in Europe are not air conditioned.
Day of arrival will be hectic as (it is depend on flight timing of your arrival) so from second day onwards you can enjoy your tours comfortably.
All places sightseeing and orientations are subject to given by tour manager.
We do not take any guarantee for any loss of baggage or any other valuable items.
Hotels are at the outskirts or near surrounding towns connected away from the main city through limited transfers.
The long distance Coach is booked for only 12 hours a day, Whereas the running hours is 9 HRS in a day or depend upon your Tour itinerary for the day  So please maintain the timing in a group .
You must be in possession of a valid Multiple Entry Schengen Visa. The cost of this Visa is not included in your tour price or it will as per discussed with your travel agent regarding the same. Some Consulates may request for a personal interview. You will have to attend this Interview by visiting the concern embassy on your own cost. The agent will not be responsible for the expenses done on said date.  (Note: The Company does not have any role to play for issuance / rejection of Visas other than being a facilitator).
We reserve the right to alter, amend, change or modify the tour package and itineraries before or during the tour. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly of such changes / events sufficiently in advance during booking or prior to departure of the tour. If such changes / events occur during the tour, our tour manager or local representative will inform you of the changes on the spot and we solicit your full co – operation in accepting such circumstantial changes.
Would request you to understand that you are on a group tour, hence timings need to be respected. Tour manager will have right to leave the families who are regularly late to avoid any inconvenience to other group members.
Coach and Seating, we generally engage air-conditioned / air-cooled luxury coaches but we are not responsible if the air-conditioning equipment malfunctions for any reason. On group tours, you are not allotted seat numbers as a seat rotation system is followed. You must follow the instructions of the Tour Manager in this regard.
Eating, littering and any spoiling pin coaches are strictly prohibited in Europe.
By booking the tour will confirm that guest is agreed to above all terms &condition.

Deportation despite of granting of visa and/or boarding pass, Visa with-holding, refusal or delay in the same -the consequences arising therefrom shall not be of Xperience Worldwide DMC and shall be of the travelling person.

  • Need Visa Document within 03 Days after booking in such a way that visa is processed at our end 45 clear days prior to date of travel.
  • Approval and Rejection of visa is totally depend on Embassy rules, Xperience Worldwide DMC are not responsible for any rejection.
  • In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.
  • Due to operational reasons, the routing of this tour may be amended. However all mentioned services will remain unchanged.
  • As hotels / Flights / Itinerary / Route are subject to change without notice, no compensation will be paid for changes.
  • Tour operated subject to minimum 20 passengers.
  • You must be in possession of a valid Multiple Entry Schengen Visa. The cost of this Visa is not included in your tour price. Some Consulates may request for a personal interview. You will have to attend this Interview.
  • The 3rd person sharing the room is provided with an additional mattress or a rollaway bed.
  • As per EU hotel occupancy regulations, maximum 3 persons are allowed in one room.

It is entirely your responsibility to arrange, provide and carry on tour valid travel documents including Passport, which is valid for a period of at least six months from the date of travel on the tour with necessary Visa/s and immigration clearance (if applicable), confirmed air tickets, documents confirming insurance to cover risk to life, limb and property for the duration of the tour, medical clearances, inoculation / vaccination certificates as the case may be to be able to travel as per the tour itinerary.

  • The Service Voucher(s) along with air-tickets and other travel documents would be given to you 4 days prior to the departure, only on payment of full tour cost including foreign exchange component 30 days prior to the departure of the tour and adherence to the schedule of documentation by you.
  • We generally engage air-conditioned / air-cooled luxury coaches but we are not responsible if the air-conditioning equipment malfunctions for any reason. On group tours, you are not allotted seat numbers as a seat rotation system is followed. You must follow the instructions of the Tour Manager in this regard.
  • Coach in Europe does not work for more than 12 hrs a day. So please maintain the timing in a group as delay will result into overtime to the driver from tour manager’s salary.
  • Day of arrival will be hectic. From second day onwards it will be comfortable for everyone.
  • Please take care not to leave behind any property in the coach while disembarking. The Company would not be responsible or liable in case of loss of such property under any circumstances.
  • You will have to take the risk and responsibility of all your baggage, belongings, currency, valuables, documents and personal effects (collectively ‘baggage’) at all times during the tour, whether during travel on the airline or during your stay in hotel or during your travel in coaches, while on excursions or otherwise.
  • If you forget to carry or if you lose essential travel documents such as passport, visa, tickets etc., you may be compelled to curtail the tour and you may have to incur extra expenses, for which you alone shall be responsible.
  • Please note that smoking, consumption of alcoholic beverages and snacks is strictly prohibited on coaches. Please keep the coach clean to avoid discomfort to yourself and other tour participants.
  • If the booking is accepted less than 30 days prior to departure, you shall make full payment of the tour cost including foreign exchange component and deposits at the time of booking.
  • It is entirely your responsibility to check the Service Voucher(s) / Tickets / Visas / Insurance Policies carefully and to let the Company know immediately in the event of any error.
  • Tour cancellation charge as per below cancellation Policy.
  • All driving distance is Tentative / Depend on Traffic.
  • This tour is at budget provided for. You can go for higher value tour components at much higher rates. You can explore about the same with our sale executive.
  • The purpose of itinerary is to cover the events mentioned therein. City tours are drive through the city with few photo stops.
  • Hotels are at the outskirts or near surrounding towns connected away from the main city through limited transfers. There could be long drive between the hotel and main city. There are no choice for hotel as we have to arrange hotel taking into consideration itinerary in the given budget.
  • Most of the hotels in Europe are Non Air Conditioned.
  • While checking into the hotels, please wait in the lobby or coach as advised by the Tour Manager / representative. Crowding nearby him would only delay the check-in process.
  • Cooking of any kind is not permitted in the hotel rooms and if anyone found exploited in the same, the hotels may levy a heavy fine.
  • Tea Kettle has to be carried as the same will not be available in any of the hotels.
  • In some hotels, there may be some room’s facilities like mini bar, pay television, Wi-fi, outgoing calls etc. These are not complimentary and will be charged by the hotel directly.
  • Itinerary may be change by tour manager while execution of the tour hence do not fix your own programme at all as itinerary is subject to change.
  • If you are senior citizen or/and differently abled person or person with special need then you must not venture at all as tours are without any attendant to provide any kind of support or assistance during the tour. There will be no medical assistance and in event of any requirement one has to depend upon local facility at his/her own expenses. We therefore advise you to carry sufficient contingency funds. It is a must to have Travel Insurance with required medical insurance cover.
  • PAN card Number and also valid email id is necessary to initiate booking. Apart from this your full cooperation for KYC (Know Your Customer) is mandatory. No cash payment will be accepted in violation of government guidelines and without disclosure of its source.
  • Processing charges applicable at 5% of package cost if booking is withdrawn before confirmation booking reference No. is communicated from our end. Thereafter cancellation charges applicable as per terms &conditions of Booking given elsewhere in itinerary/handout
  • Most Hotels worldwide & Cruise vendors, ask for Security Deposit while checking in by the client. This is refundable at their after adjusting any dues to them that are not included in the package cost. They charge in relevant foreign exchange currency or credit card, as the case may be.Please note this is not part of the package cost. For exact amount etc. please visit the relevant hotel site or make specific enquiry to the sales person.
  • If there is any issues during the tour, it should be inform to us on the same day or next day. Any issues after the tour will not be entertained.

Balance Payment:

Should be in favor of Annu Tours and Travels If the same will be done through local cheque then it must be delivered us at least 07-10 working days prior to the delivery date.

Cancellation Policy:

In addition to the above, in case of cancellation of tour by either party, the amount spent by the Company on visas, medical insurance, POE including administrative charges would be payable by the Client. If the total cancellation charges mentioned above exceed the amount paid by the Client, the balance amount would be payable by the Client

In case of Third Party Products ( EU Rail , Cruise ETC. ), the rules relating to cancellation and the cancellation schedule prescribed by the concerned Third Party Service Provider would be applicable and in addition the Company shall have the right to claim service and communication charges.

Note: In case of any FIT Booking Cancellation charges is Different from Above.

If Visa gets rejected for any Reason Cancellation charges will be charged in case of group as:-
Rejection before 75 days of travel INR 10000 per person.
Rejected 74-30 days before travel - 25% of package cost
Rejection 29-15 days prior to date of travel –50% of package cost
14-8 days prior to date of travel -75% of package cost
Within 7 days of travel date -100% of package cost

1. It is convenient and safe to have the Visa applications made to the concerned Consulates / Authorities through the Company. However, for certain visas including the visas for USA and UK, the Client would have to attend personal interview at their own cost.

2. As granting or rejecting visas and immigration clearance is the sole prerogative of the concerned sovereign governments, the Company shall neither be responsible in case of non-granting of such documents nor liable for any delay, denial or other related act or for any loss, expense, damage or cost resulting there from.

3. You should ensure that you submit the relevant documents and photographs within the time Limit as mentioned in the Documentation Check List given to you at the time of booking of the tour. Any additional information, details and documents, you possess to support the visa applications should be made available to the Company. The Company would not be responsible in any way in case any clerical error regarding names, attachment of wrong photographs, duration, and type of visa (single / multiple entry) occurs in the consulate / embassy. You shall be fully responsible to check the visas, their validity, details and the correctness thereof. In the event the application for visa made by you or the Company on your behalf is rejected by the concerned Embassy or Authorities due to inadequate supply of documents furnished by the applicant or due to any other reason whatsoever, the Company shall not be liable or responsible for the same.

4. The cost and processing visas charges / fees is excluded in your Tour Price. The visa fee when prescribed includes the actual visa charge, cost of processing fees, the clerkage charges of the Company and overheads. Even if visas are rejected, the stipulated fees of the Company shall be payable by you. There would be no refund, if any one unable to travel due to the said reasons. In such cases, the non-refundable deposit paid by you shall be forfeited and no claim whatsoever shall be made for the same and the cancellation schedule shall be applied in addition as applicable.

5. If the passports are required to be mailed for visas / POE to different cities, company would mail the passports by reputed courier. In case of loss or delay of the passport arising out of such transmission, company would not be responsible to compensate the holder for any loss whatsoever.

6. The position in respect of cancellation of Tour by you due to non-availability of travel documents would not change only by virtue of your having applied for such documents through the Company.
nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;1. As visa being applied by you, it is your responsibility to check & re-check all the documents, application being submitted by you in person. On getting fate of visa by collecting yourself, please check accurately the contents of the same. You must send copy thereof immediately to us through e-mail or physically handing copy thereof to us or through any such means.

Insurance:

1. It is mandatory that you purchase an Overseas Medical and other Insurance Policies to cover the risk to life, Document and property whilst on tour for the duration of the trip.

2. In case if the cost of the insurance is included in the tour or you want us to obtain the insurance policy for the above purpose, such policies would be for cover for the duration of the trip and relate to persons below the age of 59 years. In case of clients above the said age and in case of clients seeking extended stay abroad, there would be additional premium payable by them. Further it would be Client responsibility to produce such medical reports as might be required by the insurer. Further please note that you would have a direct contractual relation with the insurer and the Company is only a facilitator.

3. You have to check the accuracy and correctness of the policies so obtained and in case of any errors or lapses report the same to the Insurance Company and get the same rectified as the company would not be responsible for the same.

4. It shall be client duty to inform the Company in case the Client has any medical condition that may affect his ability to enjoy and pursue fully the Tour Arrangements and wherein the interest of the Group or any member thereof is prejudicially affected. The Company reserves the right to ask any Client to provide written certification of his medical fitness before departure. In the event that a medical condition has not been disclosed, the Company is not be liable to provide any assistance or money back.

Undertaking for package tour booked through Xperience Worldwide DMC

In furtherance to the Package Tour - Service Contract, Booking Form and Remittance Form signed by me, I hereby undertake as under:

That I will not dispute at any point of time if my VISA so applied is rejected on any grounds whatsoever, because I understand that granting of the VISA is the prerogative and discretion of the Embassy concern. That VISA is granted upon prior verification of my profile and not upon the profile of Xperience Worldwide DMC. Therefore I will cooperate with concerned Embassy officials to meet all formalities required for the same.

That I understand, I bought a budget package, traveling in a group, touring on a bus. There are probabilities that technical faults may occur like, flat tyres, faulty air condition or major/minor breakdown, or any other unpredicted reasons for breakdown. Replacement of a bus many cause certain delays.

I am also aware that my package being budget, therefore all travel is by bus/coach and not by train.

That I will not dispute if Hotel services is subject to certain known complications like down-gradation,Changing of Hotel, lack of water and interrupted electricity services. Further I will not dispute to the cold food like bread, jam and juice etc. if given for breakfast or in emergency. I am aware that breakfast in those countries are mostly cold and not like in India.

That I will not dispute for production of any documents required for the verification purpose in connection with the tour.

That I will not indulged in any kind of arguments with the Tour Leader and follow his instruction for my safety and well being. Further I will strictly follow the time schedules provided by the Tour Leader and will reach 5 minutes before the stipulated time at all venues as informed. Also I understand that Tour Leader has no power to provide with extra facilities or services.

That even if I purchase or shop anything upon advice of Tour Leader, he cannot be held liable for any deficiency as the transaction is between me and the shop keeper. Further, on getting late in shopping, I will bear the cost and consequences of reaching back to hotels or relevant place of meeting.

That I am going to this tour upon full satisfaction of my physical and mental fitness. Any medical consequence arising during the tour, the company will not be held responsible. I will be responsible for any breathing problem at high altitude visits.

If any change is required in timing of services mentioned in the service voucher same can be altered at the discretion of tour leader, depending upon the circumstances. The motive is to fulfill all the obligations mentioned in the service voucher.
